How far in advance should I book my treatment?

To ensure your preferred sanctuary time and therapist are available, we recommend scheduling your experience at least 48 hours in advance. For weekend appointments, earlier booking is advised.

What is your arrival and spa etiquette?

We invite you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. This allows you to disconnect from the outside world, enjoy a botanical tea in our relaxation lounge, and complete your personalized wellness consultation.

What is the cancellation policy for luxury treatments?

Your sanctuary time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly request 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a 50% service fee. Cancellations within 4 hours or no-shows will be charged in full.

Are treatments safe for expectant mothers?

Certainly. We offer specialized prenatal treatments designed to provide comfort and radiance. Please inform our concierge of your pregnancy when booking so we may tailor your experience with our certified prenatal therapists.
